3. Any tunneling app such as XP Psiphon, Netloop, Queence VPN etc
4. Little patience
Procedures:
1. Click here to download any of the tunneling apps in the link
2. Install the app and then configure it this way:
Host: 2116.177.204.157
Port: 808 or 80
3. Use the above and configure it in whatever tunneler that you are using and then connect!
