Claro users usind Android, PC and iOS and other OS wont having problem with this trick since the settings below wasn't encrypted for a particular tunneler. This trick was tested on Queence VPN as at the time of this post and its browsing without limits!

Requirements:
1. A Claro Paraguay simcard
2. Your sim card should have zero data and call credit
3. An Android device, PC or iOS device.
4. A tunneling app such as Queence, Psiphon etc
5. Patience for the connection to go through
Procedures:
1. Click here to download your tunneling app
2. Open the app and install
3. Use the below settings to configure the app:
Proxy: 187.191.88.133
Port: 80 or 8080
4. Now save and connect using your tunneler
5. Give your tunneler at least 2 mins to connect. When it does, open your browser and enjoy free unlimited internet access.
