Requirements:
1. An MTN Rwandan SIM card
2. You Android device, PC or any device that can be configured with the settings
3. The simple settings

Procedures:
1. Click here to download any tunneler of your choice
2. Use your default access point setting!!
3. Install and configure it this way:
Proxy Type: Real Host
Proxy Server: 202.29.215.201
Port: 8080 and then save it.
4. Now click on Options - More Options - click on Connect through HTTP Proxy and then Use the following settings.
5. To access the host and port, click here
6. Configure the host and port and then return back, click on connect and enjoy free unlimited Internet access.
