OnePlus has officially launched the much awaited premium OnePlus 7 Pro Android device to take on the likes of Samsung and Huawei.

The OnePlus 7 Pro which is the company's biggest device yet, comes with an incredible display and build, and is way cheaper than Samsung and Huawei's flagship which are in the same category with it.

Specs wise, the OnePlus 7 Pro sports a massive notch-free 6.67-inch QHD+ AMOLED display. The bezels on this monster display is very slim.... one of the slimmest you can find on any phone.

The screen also supports HDR+ and is also one of the first phone on the market with a refresh rate of 90Hz which improves scrolling smoothness and gaming. This feature isn't common on such device but mostly reserved for gaming phones.

For the internals, there's a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor which is the latest from the chip maker and also said to be 45% faster than last year's Snapdragon 845 processor. There's also a liquid cooling system and the latest version of Warp Charge technology for fast charge from the company.

As stated before, there's no notch on the device to house the front selfie camera. Instead, OnePlus uses a pop up mechanism for the selfie camera which is 16MP. OnePlus claims to have tested the mechanism for more than 300,000 times, which is the equivalent of 150 times a day for five and half years.

At the rear, there's a triple camera set-up that includes a 48MP main camera, 16MP ultra-wide angle and 8MP 3x telephoto camera.

OnePlus embedded underneath the lower section of the screen a fingerprint scanner that is faster and more accurate than last years OnePlus 6T.

Apart from the launch of the OnePlus 7 Pro, OnePlus also launched a revamped version of last year's 6T, now called the OnePlus 7. The device looks identical to last year's model, but comes with a Snapdragon 855 processor, 6GB RAM, 128GB internal storage, UFS3.0, a 48MP camera along with a secondary depth camera for portrait mode effects.
