Nokia To Launch Device With In-screen Camera, Rear 48 MP Camera and More

We are all set for the next Nokia device which has been scheduled to launch on April 2nd in Taiwan.

Makers of Nokia phones, HMD Global is expected to unveil the X71 smartphone in Taiwan on April 2nd and as well showcase the Nokia 9 PureView the same day.

According to Sogi.com, the Nokia device is expected to be the first Nokia device to feature a punch-hole or in-screen camera. The device is also said to come with a 48-megapixel rear camera with ZEISS optics and a secondary 120-degree ultra-wide angle lens.


Unconfirmed reports has it that the device will come with a 6.22-inch Full HD+ display, USB Type-C port, a glass back, 3.5mm headphone jack and bottom-firing speakers.

The device has already been certified by Taiwan's NCC (Taiwans equivalent of US FCC) with model number TA-1167.

Now, we aren't sure if this device will be introduced as the Nokia 8.1 Plus which is expected to be the successor to Nokia 8.1. This device might even be introduced as the Nokia 6.2. You never can tell.
