Huawei Mate 30 Pro Will Come With Two 40MP Cameras And Offer Exceptional Video Quality

Much has been said about Huawei's up coming Mate 30 Pro smartphone. Huawei as we know, has always invested heavily on the camera on its flagship phones and its up coming Huawei Mate 30 Pro won't be an exception.

According to a new leak, the Huawei Mate 30 Pro will feature two 40MP main cameras and also a "Pro" video mode.

The leak says the Huawei device will feature a 40MP 1/1.55-inch sensor (with an RYYB pixel arrangement as seen on the Hauwei P30 Pro device). Accompanying the first camera, there will be a 40MP 1/1.7-inch that may be behind an ultra-wide angle lens with a 120-degree field of view.


The Huawei device will also sport an 8MP telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom, which will double in hybrid mode.

Another leak claims that Huawei will also start focusing more on video, starting with the Mate 30 Pro which is expected to come with "Cine lens" features. The Cine Lens will aid in making exceptional video quality.

For now, these rumoured haven't been confirmed by the company. We can only assume that the company is working a new, improved and expanded video mode for the Mate 30 Pro, which might come with a dedicated video editing app.

Huawei will launch a Mate 30 Pro base model and (maybe) a larger X variant in mid-October.
